Terms and Conditions
Last Updated: October 26, 2024
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Teamwork Inspection website and your interactions with our property inspection services. By accessing the website, contacting us, or scheduling an inspection, you agree to these terms.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or request services through it.
2. Inspection Services
Teamwork Inspection provides property inspection services for clients in Southern California, including Los Angeles and Orange County. Service availability, scope, timing, pricing, and deliverables may vary by property type, location, and requested inspection category.
Inspection findings are based on the visible and accessible conditions present at the time of the inspection. Unless stated in a signed inspection agreement, inspections are not technically exhaustive, destructive, code-compliance certifications, warranties, guarantees, or appraisals.
3. Scheduling, Access, and Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information, property details, access instructions, and any known limitations that may affect the inspection.
- Ensure the property or requested areas are accessible at the scheduled time.
- Provide gate codes, lockbox information, HOA requirements, or site contact details when applicable.
- Notify us of requested ancillary services before the appointment whenever possible.
- Review the inspection agreement, report, and recommendations carefully.
4. Reports and Recommendations
Inspection reports are prepared for the client identified in the inspection agreement. Reports may include photos, observations, limitations, recommendations, and suggested further evaluation by qualified specialists when appropriate.
Reports reflect conditions observed on the inspection date only. Conditions can change after the inspection due to weather, occupancy, repairs, maintenance, or other events.
5. Payments, Cancellations, and Rescheduling
Fees, payment timing, cancellation terms, and rescheduling policies may be provided in a quote, invoice, confirmation message, or inspection agreement. Payment may be required before report delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to reschedule, refuse, or limit services when site conditions, safety concerns, access restrictions, conflicts, or incomplete information prevent a reasonable inspection.
6. Website Use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt website operation, access restricted systems, submit false information, copy website content for unauthorized commercial use, or interfere with another user's access to the website.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Teamwork Inspection is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from website use, service inquiries, inspection scheduling, or reliance on website content.
Any service-specific limitations, exclusions, or dispute procedures in a signed inspection agreement will control for that inspection.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised Last Updated date. Continued use of the website after updates means you accept the revised terms.
